Grand Mound Rochester Horizons

Three from the Grand Mound Rochester Horizons Group joined with others from the Pe El, Onalaska and Mossyrock Horizons Groups for a trip to Tillamook, Oregon. The purpose of the trip was to learn how the school district there has partnered with local businesses. The students there are involved in studies in cooperation with local businesses that enhance their learning with real-world experiences. This is a positive for both the students and the businesses as not only do both benefit from the exercise but so does the local community.
